Our Mission
Support lawful, nonviolent protest, legal defense, and community resilience efforts that protect civil liberties and hold authorities accountable. We will use 80% of Net Profits to Organizations that protect the right to assembly, nonviolent protests, and/or holding ICE and other organizations accountable for their actions.
Core Objectives
Enable safe, organized public demonstrations and community actions.
Fund independent investigations, documentation, and public communication about incidents.
Mobilize resources to defend civil rights and promote policy change through lawful channels.
Key Programs & Possible Uses of Funds
Organizing grants: community groups, grassroots outreach, permitting, and training (de-escalation, crowd safety).
Legal support: attorney fees, court costs, bail funds, and know-your-rights materials.
Medical & mental-health support: medics on-site, emergency care funds, counseling for trauma.
Communications: public information, media relations, translation, and multilingual outreach.
Administration & compliance: governance, bookkeeping, fundraising compliance, and independent oversight.
