Our Mission

Support lawful, nonviolent protest, legal defense, and community resilience efforts that protect civil liberties and hold authorities accountable. We will use 80% of Net Profits to Organizations that protect the right to assembly, nonviolent protests, and/or holding ICE and other organizations accountable for their actions.

Core Objectives

  • Enable safe, organized public demonstrations and community actions.

  • Fund independent investigations, documentation, and public communication about incidents.

  • Mobilize resources to defend civil rights and promote policy change through lawful channels.

Key Programs & Possible Uses of Funds

  • Organizing grants: community groups, grassroots outreach, permitting, and training (de-escalation, crowd safety).

  • Legal support: attorney fees, court costs, bail funds, and know-your-rights materials.

  • Medical & mental-health support: medics on-site, emergency care funds, counseling for trauma.

  • Communications: public information, media relations, translation, and multilingual outreach.

  • Administration & compliance: governance, bookkeeping, fundraising compliance, and independent oversight.
